Organizational settings in customer portal

Settings for administrators in customer portal.

All users who are listed as administrators can adjust the settings for your organization. In the guide below, you will see how to find the organization settings and what can be adjusted there.

Find and adjust organizational settings

1. Click the icon in the upper right corner and choose "My Organization".

2. Click "Settings" to see what can be adjusted.

3. Make any adjustments you would like.

In the list you can now see all organizational settings that can be adjusted in the customer portal. For example it is possible to add custom cargo types to use when making order requests.
