Monitoring through customer portal

Follow the transport process and open attached documents.

Once your order request has been accepted and the price is set, the transport is ready to begin. Through the customer portal, you can now follow the process through four different stages and view any freight documents/CMRs that are added during the transport.

Order status in customer portal

1. Quote accepted

Your order has the status "Quote accepted" once you have accepted the proposed price and your order is ready for planning.

2. Picked Up

Your order has the status "picked up" once the driver has started the mission that includes your order and loaded your cargo.

3. Delivered

Your order has the status "delivered" once the driver has updated the mission that includes your order as "delivered" at the final destination.

4. Invoiced

Your order has the status "invoiced" once your carrier has begun the process of sending an invoice for your order.
