Before creating a order with price index articles you first need to activate the function in your settings and created an article with a price index. You can find guides for these steps here:
1. Create a new order on the order page.
2. Add order details and continue to the price card.
Use the price card as usual with articles, add your new article as a price item. If the column base prise has a value, it uses the price index your previously created.
Warning that demand updates of your price index
There are two different scenarios where Better Truckin' will show a warning signal that something with your price index needs updating.
1. Price index is missing for current month
If the yellow warning symbol is shown on your price card, your article contains a price index that doesn't have an index for the current month. Click the symbol to add the missing index without changing page from the order-view.
2. Price has changed since creating the order
If you revisit an order that has been created when a different index was applicable, you'll see this symbol to update the price to match todays index.
